After retiring from a 30-year career as a high school English teacher, Mary Beth decided to launch a new career in real estate. With tons of get-up-and-go and a real passion for investing in properties in both short and long term rental markets, a second profession in real estate was a logical next life step. Mary Beth considers herself a very modern woman, using the very latest techniques and technology, but one who prides herself on providing every client with old-fashioned personalized service.
Real estate keeps her busy, but Mary Beth tries to find time for her yoga practice, college football (Go Dawgs!), and walks in Piedmont Park with her two little doggies., Nugget the Yorkie and Jolie, the Papillon.
Christina Nelson
Christina’s passion has always been Real Estate. She has worked as an appraiser, launched a staging business, invested, divested, renovated, managed rental properties, worked with builders and has been an active realtor for 4 years. Christina is skilled at problem solving, creative solutions, and negotiating. Allow her to guide you through all intown has to offer and assist you in fulfilling your real estate dreams.
When she’s not busy with real estate, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends and cat, as well as travelling, music, reading and playing Rummikub!
